Facilitated strategic planning workshops with leadership and staff to align organizational priorities and goals. Led the development of a three-year Institutional Development Framework focusing on performance measurement, capacity building, and sustainability. Trained staff on Results-Based Management (RBM) to enhance program planning, monitoring, and evaluation skills.
This work supported a broader digital transformation initiative, where AVC helped a consortium of NGOs improve operational efficiency and data visibility. Activities included conducting a digital capacity assessment, digitizing paper-based workflows, introducing mobile-based monitoring tools, and developing real-time data dashboards. Staff were trained in digital literacy and data security, resulting in more accurate reporting, quicker program adjustments, and stronger donor engagement.
