Led the comprehensive strengthening of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems by designing robust frameworks, standardized tools, and streamlined processes aimed at enhancing data collection, validation, analysis, and reporting across multiple program areas. Delivered targeted training sessions and ongoing mentorship to staff and partner organizations on M&E best practices, including the development of SMART indicators, rigorous data quality assurance mechanisms, and the effective utilization of evaluation findings to inform adaptive program management and strategic decision-making.
AVC’s technical support significantly bolstered organizational capacity to systematically track progress, measure program outcomes, and clearly demonstrate impact to donors and stakeholders. The improved M&E systems enabled timely, evidence-based decision-making, strengthened accountability and transparency, and promoted a culture of continuous learning and improvement. These advancements contributed to more responsive, efficient, and impactful program implementation aligned with both organizational goals and beneficiary needs.
